Crystal clear, straw yellow/citrine color, intense variety fragrance, floral and fruity with citrus notes, well integrated in wood (honey, vanilla and spices). In the mouth it is balanced, fresh and full bodied presenting a lush, complex and persistent end. Drink at 10 Celsius with condiment Shellfish plates or fat fish plates.
