Grape Varieties: Castelao, Trincadeira, Aragones, Alfrocheiro and Cabernet Sauvignon. Sandy Pozolitic soil.  Ruby colour with violet rim appearance. itric-yellow colour. In the nose plenty of red fruits with a strawberry note. In the mouth it is medium full body balanced and well-structured. Nice round tannins and a very nice finish! Open 1/2 hour before Drinking at 17º Celsius. Perfect with red meat, vegetarian plats or medium strong cheeses. Alcohol: 14 %    Total Acidity: 4.8 gr/l    Residual sugar: 3.7 gr/l |
