Quinta Ventozelo Rose Wine 2022 - Douro - 750ml

Single Estate Douro Rose Wine from Quinta Ventozelo, produced exclusively from Tinta Roriz grape variety.
Handpicked grapes, during the month of September, with a careful selection of bunches. After a careful selection in the vineyards, the bunches were hand-sorted and destemed at the winery, with a final berry-to-berry sorting process using an optical machine. The vinification took place in lagars with pre-fermentative maceration and dynamic temperature control.

Very Pale Pink Colour. In the nose it is very fruity. In the mouth it is enticing, very refreshing, round, well balanced with plenty of fresh red fruit notes and a persistent finish. An Elegant Rose!

Drink at 10 to 12 Celsius Degrees.
Drink up to 2025.
Harmonizes perfectly with light meat or fish plates.
Alcohol Content: 13% Vol. - Total acidity: 5.20 g/L - pH: 3.30 - Residual Sugar: 0.6 g/L
