Very Limited Availability. Produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, in the Lisbon wine area.

Ferments and matures in 750L barrels with batonnage for seven months.

A very attractive and complex nose with light tropical hints, mineral, saline and fresh. slightly contained. In the mouth, it has volume, it is slightly buttery, elegant well integrated wood, slightly saline, a very nice freshness at the same time, ending long and always growing in the palate! This is definitely a Portuguese Character Sauvignon Blanc! Well Done!
