Orange and U-shaped sausage. As the name suggests, made with wheat and corn flour, selected fat, paprika, spices and salt. It is then maturated over a little heat in the smokehouse with holm oak wood.

It may be boiled it or roasted it in the oven and then slice it eat it with bread as an appetizer or with rice or boiled potatoes as a meal. Quite Delicious!

Cured for 15 Days in the smokehouse. May be hold for months without spoiling, in the fridge.
