Grapes are harvest during the night to avoid high temperatures. 20% of this wine is fermented in French Oak and all the wine passes through batonnage for 2 months, giving it a bigger structure.
Citric light colour. Very aromatic nose with hints of flowers and plenty of fruitiness. In the mouth there is volume with well integrated strength, light oak hint, an elegant fruitiness, a very interesting minerality, well structured, perfect acidity with an excellent finish. Quite Delicious!
Drink at 10 to 12 Celsius degrees.
Drink with goat cheese or roasted fish or cheese salads.
