Exclusively from Chardonnay Grape variety, harvest at the Cova da Ursa vineyard, located in Serra da Ursa in the hills of Azeitão in the Arrabida Mountain - stony clay-limestone soil and the meso-climate of the area. This was the first 100% Chardonnay Wine ever produced in Portugal!
Full maturation of 63% of the wine in new fine grain French oak barrels. Daily Batonnage is also performed in the traditional way for a greater complexity of aromas and flavours.

Golden greenish full-flavored Chardonnay with complex fruit aroma. Mineral and floral characteristics, slight butter and toast hints, with well-integrated oak. excellent balance in natural acidity and impressive persistence!
