In steel vats with pre and post-fermentative maceration. Matured in 500L wood vats.

Straw clear colour. In the nose it is quite straight forward and direct, really nice complexity. In the mouth it is quite attractive, elegant fruit, fresh with a nice and marked acidity and persistent finish! Really Different!

Perfect with Structured fish plates or goat Cheeses and cured Chorizo.
