An iconic White wine from the Alentejo, produced in the Charthusian Monastery in Evora - Portugal.

The wines are a blend of Antão Vaz, Roupeiro and Arinto grape varieties, persistent and harmonious, showing a delicate aroma and medium body.

Drink at 10 - 12 Celsius.
Perfect with a well seasoned roasted fish or medium strong cheeses.
