Bridao Alicante Bouschet Selected Harvest Red Wine 2016 - Tejo - 750ml

Produced exclusively with Alicant Bouschet grape variety, the only grape variety, in Portugal, with a red pulp.
Ages for 8 month in French Oak barrels and cellared for at least 9 months.

Deep intense Ruby Colour. Intense nose, lots of berries, black berry, cherry, black currant and chocolate. In the mouth it is intense and voluminous, smooth, plenty of fruitiness with round and sweet tannins, dry, vanilla hints, a really good acidity and a long, harmonious finish. A Very Good Deep yet Elegant Red!

Drink at 15 to 16 Celsius Degrees
Open 1/2 hour before drinking.
Drink with medium strong cheeses or well seasoned Meat plates.
Alcohol Content: 14.70% Vol. - pH: 3.41 - Total Acidity: 5.63 g/L - Residual Sugar: 0.6 g/L
