1 (one) Meat Chorizo Cured M&M - Black Pork +- 200g Contains Sulfites.

Meat chorizo is prepared with selected Iberian Pork meat and some fat that, after cut to small pieces, is seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt and some spices.

The sausage has an U- shape and a maturation process ranging from 15 to 20 days of cure.

We cut it in slices and it is ready to eat with bread as an appetizer or with rice or boiled potatoes as a meal. May also be grilled our roasted. Can be used to season plates like a Duck Rice. Really nice!

May be hold for months without spoiling, in the fridge.
