1 (one) Blood Chorizo Cured M&M - Black Pork +- 200g Contains Sulfites.

Black and U-shaped sausage. The Black Pork Meat is mixed with some fat and blood, it is seasoned with paprika, wine, vinegar, salt and spices.

We cut it in slices grill our roast it and eat with bread as an appetizer or with rice or boiled potatoes as a meal. Really nice!

Cured for 20 Days. May be hold for months without spoiling, in the fridge.
