Single Estate family production unfiltered Late Bottle Vintage.

Schist soil. Produced from Touriga Nacional (40%) Touriga Franca (30%) Tinta Roriz (20%) and Tinto Cao (10%)-nbsp;grape varieties. Aged for 5 years in oak barrels of 225l.

Only 4650 bottles produced!

Deep rich ruby color with intense nose of crushed berries and red fruits. Rich full body and elegant on the palate with spice raisins and red fruit flavours. Lovely balanced with a velvety but firm tannic Structure not too sweet that leads to a luscious long finish. Yami!

Drink at 17 celsius degrees.

Open 1h30m before drinking.

Perfect with Dark Chocolate buttery sheeps milk cheeses or even with a delicious roasted lamb.
