Ever since 1884 Borges has been eager to take up the challenge of producing wines of outstanding quality. The noble character of this Vintage follows a tradition which began at 1904, the time when the founders of Borges acquired Quinta da Soalheira.

Produced from Touriga Nacional,  Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties.

Intense, dark ruby color. In the nose it is very intense, young and fresh aroma, distinguished by notes of eucalyptus and mint, with nuances of ripe black plum, revealing a year of full maturation. Full-bodied mouth with excellent volume, highlighted by firm and mild tannins making it smooth in the mouth. An excellent balance between sweetness and acidity, with a flavour that perfectly conveys the aromatic sensations prolonged in a very persistent finish.
