Single Estate Alentejo Red Wine from Herdade Perdigao, produced with Touriga Nacional, Trincadeira and Aragonez grape varieties.
Handpicked, the grapes completely destemmed and fermented in conic vats. Ageing in French oak barrels for at least 8 months and cellared for at least two years.

Garnet Deep colour. In the nose mature fruit and violets. In the mouth it is round, but at the same time, fresh, harmonious, very full, very good concentration with notes of ripe fruit and flowery hints. A Deep and Intense red!

Drink at 16 to 17% Vol.
Perfect with a well seasoned pork roast or medium to strong cheeses and chorizo.
