Baga (40%) Touriga-Nacional (30%) Merlot (30%) grape varieties.Fermentation in traditional tanks with controlled temperature. 10 months in french oak (70%) and american oak (30%) barrels.

The idea that Bairrada only produces dense and harsh red wines with tannins, that need decades to soften the basement, has long since passed into history.

Beautiful ruby deep colour. In the nose complex dry floral fruitiness with slightly spicy smokeness. In the mouth it is smooth full body shows a perfect acidity silky tannins elegant fruitiness has a long and persistent finish!

Drink at 16 or 17 celsius degrees. Open 1h15m before drinking.

Especially suitable with fat cheeses and well seasoned meat courses such as roasts and stews.
