Sao Domingos Elpidio Old Reserve Brut White Sparkling Wine 2014 - 750ml

One of the most prestigious sparkling wine producers of Portugal, from the Bairrada wine area, Caves Solar Sao Domingos!

Produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of at least 36 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of richness, taste and elegance.

Complex aroma, revealing elegant floral notes and some mineral, wrapped in a discreet toast. Very creamy and smooth in the mouth, with a fine bubble, the set ends up involving and refined. A Truly Elegant Sparkling Wine!

Drink between to 6-8 Celsius degrees.
Perfect with oysters, grilled salmon, roasted and grilled meat.
