Sao Domingos Garrafeira Red Wine 2011 - Bairrada - 750ml

A red Bairrada wine produced from Touriga Nacional (50%), Merlot (25%)and Cabernet Sauvignon (25%) grape varieties. Aged for six months in 225L French oak barrels and then cellared for at least 10 years.

Deep Red ruby Colour. Elegant aroma, reminding ripe blackberries, roasted and mild with spice and cocoa notes. In the mouth the texture feels silky, unobtrusive and appealing tannins, revealing lots of complexity and a distinct fruity final. An Exuberant Wine!

Drink at 16 to 17 Celsius Degrees.
Open 1.5 hours before drinking.
Perfect with a roast or a pot roast and also medium to strong cheeses.
