Sao Domingos Brut Red Sparkling Wine 2014 - 750ml

One of the most prestigious sparkling wine producers of Portugal, from the Bairrada wine area, Caves Solar Sao Domingos!

Produced exclusively from Baga grape variety, one of the best Portuguese autochthonous grape varieties. After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of at least 12 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of wealth, taste and elegance.

It features a beautiful pink foam, very fruity aroma, reminding berries and fresh strawberries. In the mouth it is full, refreshing and persistent. Fine bubbles with a creamy feel!

Drink between to 6-8 Celsius degrees.
Perfect with fat fishes, roasted and grilled meat.
Alcohol Content: 12% Vol.
