100% Encruzado indigenous grape variety. Single Estate. Ferments in French Oak barrels and 4 months of french oak barrels.

Straw yellow colour with some greenish.. In the nose-nbsp;plenty of tropical fruits - green apple - slightly citric - slightly herbal and a perfect mineral. A very full nose! In the mouth a vivid perfect acidity it is full body intense -amp; sofisticated with density. A complex structure with lots of fruit some toast and a hint of vanilla. A luxurious and persistent finish! Amazing White Wine!

Drink at 12 Celsius with roasted duck or veggie well seasoned plates or goat and sheeps milk cheeses or fat well seasoned fish plate.
