8 months of maceration sur lees with batonnage in 300L Frech and Hungarian oak barrels.
Citric colour. In the nose it is a quite complex blend of minerality and fruit. In the mouth it is voluminous, round, silky, complex, fruity and slightly flowery with well integrated oak, balanced acidity, good minerality, finishs in a persistent yet elegant way.A pure evocation of the Estates terraces!
Drink at 10 to 12 Celsius Degrees.
Drink up to 2027, for this wine will evolve in the bottle.
Perfect with fat fish, plates with expressive acidity as the ceviche, or even a meat plates of medium intensity.
