Intense ruby colour with violet hues. Ripe fruit nose involved by notes of the oak barrel toast.
In the mouth it is smooth with a fine and perfect acidity medium full body elegant fruitiness and a hint of oak. Long aftertaste remembering ripe cherries and moka.

 

Drink at 18 celsius degrees.
Open 1h before drinking.
Perfect with Red meat plates with herbs or medium strong cheeses.

Alcohol Content: 14% vol.
Total Acidity: 52 g/l in tartaric acid
Residual Sugar: 5 g/l
