         A Violet Red colour.  Intense forest fruits. Presents a fresh and delicate fruity flavor with perfect sparkling balanced. Deliciously fresh!   

Drink at 8 Celsius degrees.
Especially suitable for sea food light plates, veggie plates or as an aperitif.

         Bright Pink colour. Intensely fruity, with hints of raspberry, strawberry and cherry,  fresh and delicate with a perfect sparkling, not too much! Delightful fresh berries!

Drink at 8 Celsius degrees.
Especially suitable with smoked salmon, sea food light plates, white meat salads.

Drink at 8 to 10 Celsius degrees.
Especially suitable with fish and shellfish plates and white meat plates.
