18 months in new French oak Allier. At least 19 months of cellaring in the bottle.

Deep Red concentrated colour. Notes of red fruits combined with nuances of coffee, mocha, vanilla and dry fruits. Fully structured, complex, fresh, elegant and persistent. An Extraordinary Portuguese wine!

Drink 16 to 17 Celsius Degrees.
Open 1.5 hours before drinking or decante.
Harmonizes well with Red Meat and Game Plates or Stronger Cheeses.
