Vinification: The harvest is manual and before the complete destemme the grapes are carefully selected. Obtained by gentle pressing, decante naturally for 48 hours and then the wine was transfer to French oak barrels, where fermentation took place. Aged for six months in 550l French oak barrels with batonnage

Delicious citric yellow colour. In the nose, there is plenty of matured fruitiness, typical from the amazing Antao Vaz grape variety, hints of tropical fruits and quality oak. In the mouth it is full body, complex, expressive, elegant, perfect acidity, that gives freshness, very fine texture and a persistent fruitiness with a dry finish
