Herdade Penedo Gordo Red Wine 2017 - Alentejo - 750ml

Single Estate Alentejo White Wine from Herdade Penedo Gordo. Produced with Alicante Bouschet (50%), Touriga Nacional (30%), Aragonez (20%) and Trincadeira (10%) grape varieties.
Grapes are harvest during the night to avoid high temperatures. Matured 4 months in French Oak barrels!

Dark concentrated ruby colour. In the nose: intense fruitiness with hints of spices, altogether harmonious. In the mouth: red berries, riped plums, a nice complexity, full body and elegant with a long finish. An really nice Alentejo, that may also be enjoyed by itself!

Drink at 16 to 17 Celsius degrees.
Open 1/2 hour before drinking.
Drink with cheeses and smoked ham or pork meat or red meat or cured sausages or tapas.
Alcohol Content: 14% Vol. - pH: 3.7 - Total Acidity: 5.8 g/L - Residual Sugar: 2.3 g/L
