1 bt. Sao Domingos Elpidio Cuvee Brut White Sparkling Wine 2013 - 750ml

Produced exclusively from white grape varieties, 40% Baga (one of the best Portuguese autochthonous grape varieties) and 60% Sauvignon Blanc. After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of 60 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of richness, taste and elegance.

Elegant aroma, highlighting the delicate notes of white pulp fruits, some mineral and light biscuit. With a fine bubble, it is very velvety in the mouth and in perfect balance with the refreshing acidity, giving this sparkling wine persistence and refinement.

Drink between to 6-8 Celsius degrees.
Perfect with smoked salmon, fat fishes, roasted and grilled meat.
Alcohol Content: 12% Vol.

Produced from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay grape varieties. After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of at least 36 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of richness, taste and elegance.

Complex aroma, revealing elegant floral notes and some mineral, wrapped in a discreet toast. Very creamy and smooth in the mouth, with a fine bubble, the set ends up involving and refined. A Truly Elegant Sparkling Wine!

Drink between to 6-8 Celsius degrees.
Perfect with oysters, grilled salmon, roasted and grilled meat.

Produced exclusively from white grape varieties, Arinto (one of the best Portuguese autochthonous grape varieties) and Chardonnay. After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of at least 36 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of richness, taste and elegance.

The elegant and delicate aroma suggests soft notes of white fruits, reminiscent of pear and apple, with light citrus fruit and some toast. The persistence and creaminess revealed by the long stage, involved in a perfect freshness and mousse, contribute to a deep and sophisticated finish. Super Fine bubbles!
