Cistus Grande Reserve Red Wine 2017 - Douro - 750ml

A Single Estate red Douro wine produced in Quinta Vale Perdiz with Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional grape varieties.
Vinified with temperature control in stainless steel vats. A short maceration followed fermentation. The wine was matured for 20 months in new French oak barrels and bottled after a slight fining with egg whites.
Only Produced in Excellent Production years. The is the best red wine of this Estate! Very Limited Availability! Only 9860 bottles of this wine were produced! All bottles are Numbered!

2017 is an extraordinary Production year, very much like 2011. Aged for 19 months in new 550L French Oak barrels. An Enormous and Complex Red Douro Wine! Great Ageing Potential!

Drink at 16 Celsius Degrees.
Open 2 hour before drinking.
Perfect with a roast or a pot roast and also medium to strong cheeses.
