Catarina White Wine 2018 - Peninsula Setubal - 750ml

A White wine from the Peninsula Setubal wine area, produced from 63% Fernao Pires, 28% Chardonnay and 9% Arinto. Part of the Chardonnay fermented for 5 months in new French oak barrels.

Pale yellow colour, is very delicate, elegant, mineral and floral. In the mouth these impressions are complemented with notes of yellow fruit, such as peach and pineapple, combined with subtle sensations of roasted wood, presenting a firm, very fresh, mineral, long and complex finish.

Drink in between 10 to 12 Celsius Degrees.
Enjoy it with soups and fish plates or light meat plates.
