Single Estate Red Dao wine. Wide set of native grape varieties (Baga, Touriga Nacional, Alvarelhao, Tinta Pinheira, Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Carvalha, etc.)
In steel vats with pre and post-fermentative maceration. Ageing for 18 months in oak barrels.

Red clear colour. In the nose it is quite straight forward and direct, quite expressive with lots of red fruit. In the mouth it is quite attractive, ripe red fruit, pure, polished, well evolved tannins and good persistent finish! Well done!

Perfect with Structured meat plates or strong Cheeses and cured Chorizo.
