Cartuxa Reserve Red Wine 2017 - Alentejo - 750ml

An Iconic Red Wine produced in Carthusian Monastery in Evora, Portugal. Produced with Aragoneas and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties. Aged in French oak barrels for 15 months and cellared in the bottle for at least another 15 months.

Deep Red colour. Complex and rich nose flavours. In the mouth it is elegant, quality oak, with good structure combing the aromas of the grape varieties used and conferring a persistent and complex flavour. Ageing Potential!

Drink at 16 - 17 Celsius.
Perfect with heavier meat Plates or stronger matured cheeses.
Alcohol Content: 14.5% Vol. - Total Acidity 5.3 g/L - pH: 3.8 - Residual Sugar: < 1 g/L
