2 bts. Quinta Santa Eufemia Red Wine 2019 - Douro - 750ml

Single Estate Douro red wine from Quinta Santa Eufemia. Produced from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cao and Tinta Barroca grape varieties.

Intense Ruby red colour. In the nose, plenty of fresh red fruit and complexity. In the mouth, a very nice and elegant medium full body, complexity, really elegant fruit, matured fresh berries, well balanced, round tannins and a persistent finish. Well done!

Drink at 16 celsius. Drink now or cellar till 2027, for it also has a really nice ageing potential.
Perfect with Codfish, fried fish or lighter meat plates and also medium strong cheeses.

2 bts. Casa Senra Loureiro White Wine 2019 - Vinho Verde (Green Wine) - 750ml

Single Estate Vinho Verde (Green Wine), this wine was considered to be the Best non-Alvarinho green wine of the Production of 2016. Around 20 000 bottles produced.  A unique wine of Portugal produced in the Minho area the nord-litoral Loureiro is the second best grape variety there this unique wine type.

A beautiful citric colour.  A fresh fruity nose with elegant citric fruitiness. In the mouth you find a perfect acidity, plenty of taste, a slight bubbling over the tongue, dry with a fresh elegant fruitiness, green apple, melon, lime and a dry and persistent finish. Quite Delightful!

Drink at 8 - 10 degrees Celsius.
Perfect for appetizers or with lighter summer plates of fish and shellfish, also with smoked salmon and a nice green salada with some cherry tomatoes.
Alcohol Content: 12.5 % Vol.

1 bt. Herdade Penedo Gordo Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Alentejo - 500ml

Single Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Herdade do Penedo Gordo. 0.3 of acidity. Produced mainly from Galega and a small percentage of Cobrancosa olive varieties.

This is a delicate olive oil of superior quality. It has a smooth fresh aroma of almonds a specific characteristic of the Galega variety in an optimum state of maturation. It has a greennish yellow colour.

Perfect to season salads, delicate plates of Codfish, fish or to eat as an appetizer with bread with olives and thyme or oregano and also with goat cheese.

1 bt. Sao Domingos Baga Brut White Sparkling Wine 2014 - 750ml

Produced exclusively from Baga grape variety, one of the best Portuguese autochthonous grape varieties. After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of at least 24 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of richness, taste and elegance.

Elegant aroma, dominated by floral and mineral notes involved in a light toast. The very fine bubble and delicate mousse give this sparkling much creaminess, revealing a delicate and distinct end. Super Quality!

Drink between to 6-8 Celsius degrees.
Perfect with appetizers of smoked salmon, oysters or roasted sliced meat.

Single Estate Family production. Old vines.

Ageing for at least 4 years in very big oak vats, for a fresher matured berries taste intensity and bigger mouth volume.

Drinking at 14 - 16 Celsius.
Wonderful with Dark Chocolate or sheeps milk cheeses, blue cheese or cows matured cheeses.
Alcohol Content: 20 % Vol.

1 bt. Ginja Obidos Oppidum Wild Cherry Portuguese Liqueur with Fruits 500ml

 

Limited small Production! Family Craft Ginja Liqueur! This is definitely one of the most famous and loved liqueurs of Portugal! Produced from the best wild cherries and a few spices, macerated for at least 12 months in wood barrels.

Oppidum is considered one of the two best Ginjinhas of Portugal! Produced in Obidos.
All the bottles with 500ml or more have cherries at the bottom, so it continues to macerate in the bottle.

Deep cherry colour. Intense wild cherry nose. In the mouth it is almost creamy, intense wild cherry flavour, smooth, fruity sweetness, persistent wild cherry finish! Absolutely Delightful, pure cherry!

Drink at 16 Celsius degrees or Chilled in the summer.
Delicious by itself or over a nice vanilla ice cream or with a piece or a cup of dark chocolate.

Brilliant citric colour and the aroma of ripe lemons dried leaves with a floral touch. Peppery on the palate austere but not too dry fresh and crisp. Also the alcoholic part is super well integrated! Very Balanced and Pleasant!

Serve chilled, between 6 - 7ºC.
Drink with appetizers or simply as an aperitif or a long drink with tonic water - ice - a slice of lemon (the famous Port Tonic).
