2016 was a cooler production year so the Vintages tend to be with very ripe elegant and floral wild fruitiness and a delicious freshness. This Vintage is definitely so...Very Deep Ruby colour! In the nose it is still closed. In the mouth there is density structure potencial freshness tannins and plenty of floral ripe plum cherry and raspberry with a lingering finish. Delicious!! It is from now already a delicious experience imagine if you cellar it!
Drink at 16 to 17 Celsius Degrees.
Drink or cellar till 2040!.
Drink with dark chocolate or strong sheeps cheeses or roasted lamb.
