Single Estate, Single Vintage of 1991, aged for almost 30 year in oak barrels, through an oxidative process of ageing. You may keep it open for a long time.

Unbelievably complex and rich nose! In the mouth it is warm, dense, perfect acidity, hint of freshness, fruity,  raisins. fig, quince and  dry apricot well balanced with the oak, a slight saltiness..finishes drier than other liquorous wine, so complex, lingers in the palate and continues changing!Truly Impressive and Unique!

swirl to release nose flavours, have the nose while swirling and breathing, the nose flavours will vary in between! When you decide to take the first sip, have relatively decent quantity sip, let it rest on your palate for about 7 seconds, then let a little bit of air in your mouth and then you may swallow this delicious wine! You shall feel a merry-go-round of tasting notes! (This will become natural, when you are drinking a Carcavelos)
