Bacalhoa 20 Year Old Superior Muscat Liquorous Wine 1997 - Peninsula Setubal - 500ml

Produced in the Peninsula de Setubal with the Moscatel de Setubal grape variety.

Winemaking: A short fermentation period halted with the addition of quality wine aguardente followed by a period of post-fermentative maceration of the skins with the wine for the duration of the winter after the harvest time.

20 years of ageing, through a slow oxidative process of ageing in oak barrels.
