Sao Domingos Elpidio Brut White Sparkling Wine - 1500ml

One of the most prestigious sparkling wine producers of Portugal, from the Bairrada wine area, Caves Solar Sao Domingos!

Produced From Arinto and Chardonnay grape varieties. After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of at least 12 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of wealth, taste and elegance.

Fine bubbles and a creamy touch with expressive floral aroma, with notes of white-fleshed fruit and light mineral. Plenty to share!

Drink between to 6-8 Celsius degrees.
Perfect with appetizers, white meat and shellfish.
