A Trully Impressive Sparkling Wine! ! A very fine bubling a beautifull colour and a delightful taste! Only 3500 bottles produced. Produced by one of the most prestigious sparkling wine producers of Portugal, from the Bairrada wine area, Caves Solar Sao Domingos!
Produced exclusively from white grape varieties, 40% Baga (one of the best Portuguese autochthonous grape varieties) and 60% Sauvignon Blanc. After the second fermentation in bottle the wine is aged in cellars on the yeast for a period of 60 months at a constant temperature of 12°C and thus find the perfect balance of richness, taste and elegance.
Elegant aroma, highlighting the delicate notes of white pulp fruits, some mineral and light biscuit. With a fine bubble, it is very velvety in the mouth and in perfect balance with the refreshing acidity, giving this sparkling wine persistence and refinement.
Drink between to 6-8 Celsius degrees.
Perfect with smoked salmon, fat fishes, roasted and grilled meat.
