Grape Varieties: Merlot. 4 months in French oak barrels.  A beautiful garnet colour. In the nose it is intense with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and black pepper. In the mouth it has a really good structure, smooth, perfect acidity, some freshness, very elegant, alcohol extremelly well balance with linguering toasted finish. A Worthy Experience! Open 1 hour before Drinking at 16ºCelsius. Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 12 months in French Oak barrels. Cherry ripe colour. In the nose blackberries, blackcurrant and plum fruit, but also hints of chili powder and a slight of cedar and roasted coffee. In the mouth it is velvety and intense, with powerful, but integrated tannins, muscled and tasting to red fruits and spices with vanilla, resulting in a very elegant and interesting complexity. Very long after taste. A well done Cabernet Sauvignon from the Excellent Bairrada Area! Open 3/4 hour before Drinking at 17º Celsius. Ageing Potential till 2025. In the nose complex with hints of blackberries, raspberries, jam and vanilla. In the mouth intensely fruity, in an elegant way, perfect acidity, sensation of freshness, excellent structure, medium full body with long and lingering aftertaste with vanilla notes. Really nice Syrah! Open 1 hour before drinking at 16ºCelsius. Perfect with well seasoned red meat, vegetarian curry plats or medium strong cheeses. Grape Varieties: Chardonnay. Yellow - citric colour. In the nose some complexity, plenty of fruitiness with notes of apricot and peach. In the mouth it is volumous with a beautiful balanced acidity, lively, fresh, dry to medium-dry with a delicious persistent finish. A very good fresher style chardonnay! Drink at 12º Celsius.
