Valriz 40 Year Old Tawny Port Wine 750ml

A delicious more than 40 Year old tawny port wine produced by this small and traditional family company.

Produced with Tinta Amarela Tinta Roriz e Touriga Franca grape varieties it ages through an oxidative process of ageing in chestnut barrels for more than forty years.

Light golden colour with green shades arround the glass. In the nose there is an intensity of dry fruits, mainly nuts with a hint of chocolate. In the mouth there is an exceptional harmony, complexity, medium sweetness with an extremelly long finish. Excellent Tawny!

Drink at 17 to 18 celsius degrees.
Swirl before drinking to release the delicious nose flavours.

Perfect with Dark Chocolate or with some quality dry nuts or for rich desserts.
